  1. REFORCER® – GENERAL INFORMATION

This document (as well as all other documents mentioned herein) governs the conditions for using this website (www.reforcer.com) and for the purchase or acquisition of products and/or services through it (hereinafter, the Conditions).

For the purposes of these Conditions, it is understood that the activity Reforcer Outdoor S.L carries out through the Website includes: the sale of ski clothing.

In addition to reading these Conditions, before accessing, browsing, and/or using this website, the user must have read the Legal Notice, the general conditions of use including the cookie policy, and the privacy and data protection policy of www.reforcer.com. By using this website or by making and/or requesting the purchase of a product and/or service through it, the user agrees to be bound by these Conditions and all the above. If the user does not agree with all of this, they should not use the website.

These Conditions may change. The user is responsible for reviewing them each time they access, browse, and/or use the website, as the applicable Conditions will be those in force at the time of requesting the purchase of products and/or services.

For any questions regarding the Conditions, the user can contact the owner using the contact details provided above or, if applicable, via the contact form.

  1. THE USER
    Accessing, browsing, and using the Website grants the status of User (individually or collectively), and the user accepts, from the beginning of their navigation, all the Conditions established herein and any subsequent modifications, without prejudice to the application of mandatory legal provisions as applicable.

The user is responsible for the correct use of the website. This responsibility includes:

  • Using the website only for legally valid inquiries and purchases.
  • Not making false or fraudulent purchases. Any such purchases may be canceled and authorities notified.
  • Providing truthful and legal contact information, e.g., email address, postal address, and/or other data (see Legal Notice and general conditions of use).

The user declares they are over 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter contracts through this website.

The website is primarily intended for users residing in Spain. Reforcer Outdoor S.L does not guarantee compliance with laws of other countries, either wholly or partially, and declines any responsibility arising from such access. The user may formalize a purchase contract with Reforcer Outdoor S.L in any language in which these Conditions are available.

  1. PURCHASE OR ACQUISITION PROCESS
    Users may purchase on the website through the established means and forms. The user must follow the online purchase procedure on www.reforcer.com, selecting products and/or services, adding them to the cart, and finally clicking “place order.”

The user must complete and/or verify the information requested at each step, although purchase data can be modified before payment.

The user will then receive an email confirming that Reforcer Outdoor S.L has received the order or purchase request (order confirmation). In some cases, the user will also be notified by email when the purchase is shipped.

Upon completing the purchase process, the user agrees that the website generates an electronic invoice, sent via email. The user may request a paper copy if desired.

The user acknowledges knowledge, at the time of purchase, of specific sales conditions related to the product and/or service, displayed alongside its presentation or image on the website, including but not limited to name, price, components, weight, quantity, color, product details, or characteristics, and acknowledges that completing the purchase constitutes full acceptance of these conditions.

Communications, orders, and payments during transactions may be archived in Reforcer Outdoor S.L’s records to serve as proof, complying with applicable laws, including EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

  1. AVAILABILITY
    All orders received through the website are subject to product/service availability and to circumstances beyond control or force majeure. If products are unavailable, Reforcer Outdoor S.L will contact the user and refund any paid amount. This applies also when services cannot be provided.
  2. PRICES AND PAYMENT
    Prices on the website are final, in Euros (€), and include taxes unless legally specified otherwise. Shipping costs are included in product prices. Delivery is via FedEx, MRW, or other recognized courier services.

The website will not add extra costs beyond what the user voluntarily selects. Prices may change, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Accepted payment methods: credit or debit card. Reforcer Outdoor S.L uses secure SSL systems to protect payment data. Card transactions are subject to bank authorization. A pre-authorization ensures sufficient funds, and the charge occurs when the order is shipped or service provided. Clicking “place order” confirms the payment method is the users.

  1. DELIVERY
    Physical deliveries are made within Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands). Orders are delivered according to the chosen method within the time stated on the website, and at most within 30 calendar days.

If Reforcer Outdoor S.L cannot meet the delivery date, the user can choose to continue with a new date or cancel with a full refund. Deliveries occur on business days. If the user is absent, the courier may return the order and leave instructions for re-delivery.

If 30 days elapse without delivery for reasons not attributable to Reforcer Outdoor S.L, the contract is considered terminated, and payments will be refunded, except for additional costs due to alternative delivery methods. Delivery is deemed complete when the user or designated third party receives the products. Ownership transfers upon full payment or upon delivery if it occurs later. VAT applies as per Spanish law.

  1. TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS
    Users can correct purchase data errors by contacting Reforcer Outdoor S.L through the website’s contact sections or customer service channels. Users can also modify the cart before clicking “place order.” For more information, consult the Legal Notice and privacy policy regarding rights under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
  2. RETURNS
    Right of withdrawal: Users may cancel a purchase within 14 calendar days without justification, starting from the day the product is received. For services, the 14-day period begins from contract conclusion. Notification must be made clearly to Reforcer Outdoor S.L via contact channels or the provided withdrawal form.

Upon withdrawal, Reforcer Outdoor S.L refunds all payments including shipping (except additional costs from alternative delivery), using the same payment method, within 14 days. Refunds may be withheld until the product is returned or proof of return is provided. Products must be returned to:

Return shipping costs are the user’s responsibility. Exceptions include personalized products, perishable items, unsealed CDs/DVDs, and hygiene-sealed items once opened. Services fully executed with user consent are also exempt. No refund if the product is used beyond inspection, altered, or damaged. Products must include all original packaging and documents, plus a copy of the invoice.

Defective product or shipping error: Users must notify Reforcer Outdoor S.L immediately if the product does not match the order. The user will be informed on how to return the product, which will be inspected, and Reforcer Outdoor S.L will provide replacement or refund within 14 days of confirmation. Costs for defective product returns are covered by Reforcer Outdoor S.L.

  1. WARRANTIES
    Products are guaranteed according to legal requirements for each type, covering defects for two years. Products comply with contract descriptions, expected uses, and quality standards. Non-homogeneous characteristics due to material types are not defects. Products from third-party brands may be claimed directly with the manufacturer, keeping warranty documentation.
  2. DISCLAIMER
    Reforcer Outdoor S.L is not liable for losses not caused by them, commercial losses, or indirect losses unforeseeable at contract formation. Liability is limited for minor product image discrepancies, transportation issues, technical failures, or site unavailability. Force majeure events include strikes, civil unrest, disasters, transport or telecommunications failures, government actions, etc. Obligations are suspended during force majeure and extended accordingly.
  3. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS
    Users agree that most communications will be electronic (email or website notices). Electronic communications meet legal writing requirements. Users may contact Reforcer Outdoor S.L via the provided contact details. Notifications may also be sent to the email provided during the order.
  4. NON-WAIVER
    No waiver by Reforcer Outdoor S.L of any right or action will affect other rights or obligations. Waivers must be explicitly stated in writing to the user.
  5. NULLITY
    If any provision is declared null, the remaining clauses remain valid and unaffected.
  6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
    These Conditions and referenced documents constitute the entire agreement between the user and Reforcer Outdoor S.L and replace prior agreements or promises. Both parties consent without relying on any statements not mentioned herein.
  7. DATA PROTECTION
    Personal data provided during transactions will be processed according to the privacy policy. By using the website, the user consents to processing and declares the information is truthful.
  8. APPLICABLE LAW, JURISDICTION, AND COMPLAINTS
    Accessing and using the website, and purchase contracts, are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes fall under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Spanish courts. Users can submit complaints via the contact details provided. Extrajudicial dispute resolution is available under EU Regulation 524/2013 at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
