RETURN POLICY

1. How can I return a Reforcer garment purchased online?

If you are not satisfied with the garment purchased on our website, you can return it within 7 business days from delivery without shipping costs. You will have to get in touch by sending an email to info@reforcer.com indicating the following information:

Name and surname.

Complete postal address.

Contact telephone number (for collection).

Reason for return (not mandatory, but we appreciate it)

Once we have received the information, we will contact you to coordinate the collection where you indicate. It is necessary that, when preparing the shipment, the garments are properly packaged. Remember that for Reforcer to complete the refund of the amount:

The garments could not be used.

The original labels must be on.

The ideal is to return the product in its original packaging.

Online Order Number.

Once the return has been completed correctly, we will pay you the money in less than 7 business days after receipt in our warehouses, with the same payment method that you purchased on the website.

2. What return costs do I have?

Returns are free and will not cost you anything, as long as the return conditions in the previous point have been met.

3. My garment has defects, what do I do?

If you want to return your Reforcer garment because you have detected a quality defect, please send us an email to info@reforcer.com, attaching the following:

Photos of the manufacturing defect.

Order number.

If the defect of the garment is due to a failure in our production process or quality failures, your garment is guaranteed for 2 years, so don’t worry, because we will repair it or replace it with another one if it cannot be fixed. . Remember that, if the defect is due to normal use of the garment or improper use, we will not be able to refund or replace the garment.
