How long does it take for my Reforcer garment to arrive?

We try to be very agile so that you can enjoy your ski equipment as soon as possible. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday and usually take between 48 hours and 72 hours by national courier. For shipments outside of Spain it would be 5 days for countries within the European Union and 15 days for the rest of the world. We process all shipments with first-line Couriers such as MRW, FEDEX and SEUR.

How much does shipping cost?

The costs of the first shipment are free and in case you exchange the item for another or return it finally they are also free. In the second or subsequent exchange, you must pay the return and/or subsequent delivery costs.

Can I select a shipping address from a country other than the one from which I placed the order?

Shipments are centralized, so you can choose at any time which country you want to send it to.

Can I ship to another person or address other than the billing address?

Of course, there’s nothing we love more than gifting Reforcer. So, in case it was a gift shipment, let us know and we will make it something more special.

The order seems to be delayed, what do I do?

If you see that your order is being delayed and exceeds the logical times we set above, contact us at info@reforcer.com or call us at: +34 973 641 220  from Monday to Saturday from 5:00 p.m.: 00h to 20:00h

How can I check that my order has been sent?

When the order leaves our warehouse, you will be informed immediately by email.

What happens if I can’t pick up the shipment because I’m not there?

If you are away when the courier service tries to deliver the product, they will contact you by phone to arrange a new delivery. What countries do we ship to? Reforcer garments travel all over the world without exceptions.
