JACKET
It’s a very lightweight jacket featuring the Toray Dermizax® EV 4Way Stretch membrane, offering high breathability (20K g/m2/24h) and excellent waterproofing (20K mm), ensuring complete freedom of movement in any situation. It combines two different fabrics: highly abrasion-resistant nylon (green areas) and polyester (black areas). Warmth is guaranteed thanks to 3M Thinsulate® Flex insulation (80–100 g/m2) with body-mapping technology. The Off Road Tucan jacket is equipped with multiple pockets in various sizes, making it easy to carry all your ski essentials. The fixed hood fully accommodates a helmet and provides reliable protection in stormy conditions. The jacket has a clean, minimalist look, finished with the Reforcer® logo on the hood. Its slightly fitted cut delivers a perfect fit.
PANTS
It features the Toray Dermizax® EV 4Way Stretch membrane, offering high breathability (20K g/m²/24h) and excellent waterproofing (20K mm), keeping you free from any sensation of moisture—even when sitting on cold surfaces with heavy snow accumulation. The pants are insulated with 3M Thinsulate® (80 g/m²). Thermo-sealed YKK® zippers provide extra thermal insulation. The reinforcements in the boot area guarantee that cuts and abrasions caused by friction or by the edges of the skis are minimized as much as possible.
The Tucan Limited Edition is designed in the Val d’Aran and manufactured in Europe.

Care and cleaning
Ski garments are complex due to the variety of materials they incorporate, but most importantly because of the outer fabric—the part we see and that gives the garment its color. This fabric contains a membrane which, if of high quality, ensures the garment is waterproof while allowing sweat to escape. Some garments also feature a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) treatment. All Reforcer® garments include this treatment.
Washing tips (only if necessary):
- Hand wash is preferred. If using a washing machine, select a short cycle
- Washing temperature should not exceed 30ºC; cold water is ideal
- Use neutral, liquid soap (Marseille soap works well) and avoid excess
- Do not use fabric softener
- Do not spin-dry, wring, or stretch the garment
- Avoid bleach, even those suitable for colored clothes
- Dry flat on a drying rack
- Do not place near direct heat sources (fireplace, radiator, hairdryer, etc.)
- The best drying method is in a warm room for gentle and even drying
Spot cleaning (for light or localized dirt):
- Wipe with a clean, damp cloth and a small amount of soap; avoid rubbing excessively.
- Remove residue with a second clean, dry cloth.
- Allow the garment to air dry.
