How long does it take for my Reforcer garment to arrive?

We work to ensure you receive your ski apparel as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday and typically arrive within 2–3 business days via national courier. For international deliveries, shipping times are approximately 5 business days within the European Union and up to 15 business days for the rest of the world. All shipments are handled by leading courier services such as MRW, FedEx, and SEUR, so you can trust your order is in good hands.

How much does shipping cost?
The first shipment is free. If you need to exchange or return the item, shipping is also free for the first exchange or return. For any second or subsequent exchanges, you will be responsible for the return and/or delivery costs.

Can I select a shipping address from a country other than the one I placed the order from?
Yes. Shipments are centralized, so you can choose the country you want your order delivered to at any time.

Can I ship to another person or to an address different from my billing address?
Absolutely! We love gifting Reforcer. If your order is a gift, let us know, and we’ll make the shipment extra special.

My order seems delayed. What should I do?
If your order exceeds the expected delivery times, please contact us at info@reforcer.com or call +34 973 641 220. Our customer service team is available Monday to Saturday, from 17:00 to 20:00.
